I’d like to get to know you before we think about working together — and it’s really the only way for you to find out if you’ll like what I have to offer. It’s like a free sample in the ice cream store. You tell me a little about your company and your challenges. I tell you how I can help, by offering real, actionable solutions — as much as I can squeeze into 15 minutes. You don’t need to have all your ducks in a row for us to talk — in fact, lining up ducks just happens to be one of my specialties.

If you like what you hear and I think we’re a good fit, we might decide to go further. If not, we part as friends and you get to keep the actionable solutions — free!

This is a very personalized mini-program designed to give you a “kick start” to your business and team building.  You and I will meet by telephone for 60 minutes, once a week, for 6 weeks. Topic outlines will be customized for your needs and situation, and will include a mix of mindset, strategy, and detailed how-to tactics.

This is a full-on intensive coaching program. We’ll meet by telephone for 60 minutes, 2 times per month, for 6 months. We’ll also meet in person for one full day, 9 am to 5 pm, for an in-person business strategy session. Topic outlines will be customized for your needs and situation, and will include a mix of mindset, strategy, and detailed how-to tactics. I’ll hold your hand and we’ll implement your plan together.
